TECHNICS AND SECURITY
In Karum Business and Shopping Centre, there is an x-ray at the entrance, 3000 kw transformer, a generator of 2500 kw, central heating, ventilation and cooling groups, 8 human and 2 load elevators, four escalating stairs, an illumination system functioning according to outdoor light rate, a central fire alarm system and overall music broadcasting.

Our business and shopping centre has 35 security personel according to our security plan that is subject to the Private Security Law and that has been approved of by Ankara Governor's Office. This personel is on duty 24 hours a day and works on shifts and they maintain peace and security in the business and shopping centre.

There are 6 entrances in the shopping centre, and they consist of 4 side gates and 1 parking gate. Our security personel are always on duty at all of these entrances.
