The construction site of our business centre is 62.000 m². 12.000 m² of this area is a parking area, 23.000 m² of it is the lobby and 27.000 m² of it is rentable shopping and office spaces. The building has nine floors; three of them (ground, first and second floor) function as the shopping floors, 4 of them function as office floors and the other 2 floors function as the car park and the place where installation facilities are performed. The building has four main entrances and fire scape stairs throughout the building. The eliptical atrium placed in the centre is the most significant feature of our architecture.
Our business centre is located at the adress of İran Road No:21 Kavaklıdere, and it is on the intersection of Tunalı Hilmi Road, Arjantin Road and Iran Road. The fact that Kavaklıdere region functions as the centre of regions like Esat, Gazi Osman Paşa, Çankaya and Ayrancı, and that it is within the limits of a distance that can be walked were important factors taken into consideration when selecting this particular place as the location for such a centre.
